Q: What should I do first after receiving the installation email?

A: We recommend the following order:

  1. Click the Admin Panel link in the email to confirm you can log in
  2. In Admin Panel, click Rose’s Dashboard to test the conversation feature
  3. Follow the “Quick Start” guide to connect your preferred messaging app (Telegram/WhatsApp/LINE)

Q: What’s the difference between the 3 AI agents? Which should I use?

A: Yes! After connecting through messaging apps, you can:

  • Manage your mVPS anytime, anywhere

💬 Messaging Connections

Q: Which is better: Telegram, WhatsApp, or LINE?

A: Each has pros and cons:

Q: Can one AI partner connect to multiple platforms simultaneously?

A: Yes! You can:

  • Connect the same AI partner to Telegram + WhatsApp
  • Connect different AI partners to different platforms (e.g., Rose on Telegram, Ada on LINE)
  • Manage all connections in Admin Panel

Q: What if messaging connection fails?

A: Check the following:

  1. Confirm token is correct: Did you copy any extra spaces?
  2. Check network: Can your phone/computer access the internet normally?
  3. Re-pair: Delete existing connection and rescan QR Code
  4. Check logs: View Gateway connection status in Admin Panel

🎛️ Admin Panel

Q: When should I restart the server?

A: We recommend restarting in these situations:

  • System resource usage consistently high (memory > 90%)
  • A container is completely unresponsive
  • System updates requiring restart have been installed
  • Unexplained abnormal behavior

Note: Restart will briefly interrupt service (about 1-2 minutes).

Q: What does Export Data back up?

A: Export Data backs up:

  • All AI partner configuration files (SOUL.md, IDENTITY.md, etc.)
  • Conversation history
  • Custom tool settings
  • System configuration

Does not back up:

  • Large files (recommend separate backup)
  • Container code itself (can be redeployed)

Q: How do I update AI partners to the latest version?

A: In Admin Panel:

  1. Find the container to update (Rose/Ada/Vi)
  2. Click the “Update” button
  3. Wait for update to complete (about 1-3 minutes)
  4. Container will auto-restart after update

Recommendation: Backup before updating, just in case.


🔐 Security

Q: Is my data secure?

A: RealVco employs multiple security measures:

  • No public ports: Cloudflare Tunnel connection, VPS doesn’t need to open any inbound ports
  • Encrypted transmission: All traffic uses HTTPS/TLS encryption
  • Token authentication: Magic Token is short-term and becomes invalid after use
  • Permission separation: 3 AI partners have separated permissions, reducing risk

A:

  1. Immediately check login records: See if there are any abnormal logins
  2. Redeploy: Will generate a brand new Magic Token, old one becomes invalid immediately
  3. Contact support: Inform them of the situation, support will assist with investigation

Q: Can AI partners see my data?

A: What AI partners “see”:

  • Can see: Files you actively give them, your conversation content
  • Cannot see: Other containers’ data, system passwords (unless you tell them)

Important: Don’t let AI partners handle sensitive information like credit card numbers or bank passwords.


💰 Billing & Account

Q: Is there a traffic limit?

A: The mVPS plan includes:

  • Unlimited network traffic (via Cloudflare)
  • Fair use policy (no mining, attacking others, etc.)

Q: Can I upgrade or downgrade plans?

A: Yes! Contact support to adjust:

  • Upgrade: Available anytime, prorated billing
  • Downgrade: Takes effect next billing cycle

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

A: Please contact support to process cancellation. Note: Data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted.


🔧 Technical Questions

Q: Can I SSH directly into the VPS?

A: Yes, but you need to set it up first:

  1. Set up SSH Key in Admin Panel’s Host Terminal
  2. Or use password login (needs to be enabled first)

By default, SSH is only accessible via Cloudflare Tunnel, no public ports open.

Q: Can I install my own software?

A: Yes! You have full Root permissions (via Rose):

  • Use apt to install Linux software
  • Deploy your own Docker containers
  • Set up Nginx, databases, and other services

Note: Self-installed software is not covered by RealVco support.

Q: How do I view system logs?

A: Multiple ways:

  1. Admin Panel: System Logs section
  2. Container Logs: “Logs” button on each container
  3. Host Terminal: Directly run journalctl or check /var/log

Q: How should I ask about problems?

A: Effective problem descriptions include:

  1. When it happened: Specific time point
  2. What happened: Error messages, phenomenon description
  3. What you’ve tried: What possibilities you’ve ruled out
  4. Screenshots: If there’s an error screen, screenshot it

Q: Support response time?

A:

  • Business days (Mon-Fri): Within 4 hours
  • Weekends and holidays: Within 24 hours
  • Emergency issues: Mark as “urgent” for priority handling
